This is soooo beautiful...when I saw it in the Notebook I just said, "oh wow!!" My favorite little detail is that little negative slide strip....and of course the darling cut-outs.

Wonderfully creative layout - I saw this in the February Notebook and it brought tears to my eyes. We live approximately 50 miles from Vanderbilt, MI. There is an aerial view of the Village of Vanderbilt circa 1989 on this website: http://www.vanderbiltmich.com/
http://www.infomi.com/city/vanderbilt/
The Vanderbilt family had some land in Corwith Township, Michigan which was settled about 1875. When the Michigan Central Railroad (also owned by the Vanderbilts) came through in 1880, the village of Vanderbilt was set up there. It was formally incorporated as a village in 1901.
On February 9, 1934, the temperature in Vanderbilt fell to -51°F (-46°C), The coldest temperature ever recorded in Michigan.

This is stunning! Those soft colors are gorgeous and love the glitter swirls. Great job with the faces and recording the names. Wonderful page!
