My daughters. This LO is for the Audrey Neal chat - recipe chat?
The text reads:
For the first time, both of my kids are away and working for the summer. My birth-day is on July 4th, so we had a conference call and decided Troy, Michigan would be the loca-tion of my party. But what did I want for my birthday? A photo shoot, naturally. And so, with high hopes, I packed the car with every single hat and scraf I own. Unfortunately, they couldn't be serious for more than 3 or 4 photos and I practically went home empty handed. The funny thing is that when they were little, and not allowed to play with my hats and scarves, and there were no digital cameras in the house, they played dress up with those very same hats and scarves, posing this way and that way. I guess those days are over. sigh..
The kit I chose is Paislee Press's 'The Sunday Edition'. As I read and re read the instructions, I realized I'd need to bulk it up some, so I chose some elements and embellishments from 'Best Laid Plans' and 'Primarily Summer', both former Artisan Guild monthly kits.
I already know my text is going the wrong way, since the directions said "over half the width of the page and 12 lines long", but I simply had no idea how to fit everything she had on the page.
