Default I don't normally

post things like this but I thought that you all might want to see this.

As many of you may know by now, Carol Roberts' husband passed away this week. His illness was sudden and unexpected. Carol is a designer at Digiscrap Designer.

Carol has worked for the Government for over 20 years. She's had insurance with Government Employees Hospitalization Association for 23 years. During the past 23 years she has never once had to use the hospitalization portion of her insurance. She's simply used it for regular doctor visits and such. According to Carol, Encompass is in charge of hospitalization reviews and approvals. Encompass has stated that they will not authorize ANY of Carol's husbands hospitalization because after their review they determined he did not NEED to be hospitalized!

Carol is now faced with paying the hospital costs out of pocket, in addition to all the other debts from the situation.

Check out this thread to see what the girls at Digiscrap Designer are doing for Carol.

Debb, if this is not appropriate you may delete and I will understand
