Hi! Introducing myself

Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm a new monthly contributor in the Artisan Notebook with my article "girl + story."

I'm a stay at home mom to a four year old boy. He just started preschool this year, so we have a group of new friends and activities, and we're learning all about being in school ... it seems a bit different from the many years ago when I was in school.

I have a background in science, and before I got pregnant I was teaching physics at a community college. My husband is also a physicist phD, and he's just started submitting applications to universities all across the country. We live in northern California now, but if he gets accepted for a job, we'll be making a big move this year. It surprises me that I'm actually excited about it (well, if we get to move to the college that I really want and stay on the west coast)

I've uploaded some of my favorite recent layouts to my gallery here - you can probably get to know me a little better with those. I'm really happy to be here and excited to contribute to the Artisan Notebook.
