Default A crash course in site hosting!

Hi all, I've been scarce this week because I've been trying to resolve some issues "behind the scenes." To make a long story short, we have an ancillary hosting site that we use to host all of the downloads for Guild kits and the Artisan Notebook. Well, that hosting company went down on Monday (along with a whole bunch of other digital stores that also used that hosting company.) So, I spent the week researching our options, protecting our domain names and getting a new host set up. It was a mess! But thankfully, we are now set with a new host and all of our broken links to products have been restored. Anyway, I just wanted to apologize for not being active on the boards or commenting on layouts in the gallery. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to catch up in the next couple of days.

The weather is gorgeous here in S. California. Warm spring weather has FINALLY arrived!! What does it look like in your neck of the woods?

It's windy and cool in Michigan. I sure hope it warms up soon, I can't wait to plant my garden.

We're in the midst of 3 or 4 perfect days in the Seattle area. DH and I went on a gorgeous bike ride today on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail. But guess where my camera's memory card was? In the computer at home. RATZ! Missed some beautiful shots, but it was nice to just enjoy the ride. Rain returns Sunday. Afternoon mochas will be on the patio today. '

I live about 65 miles due east of San Francisco in San Joaquin county. Spring has finally arrived! It has been cold and windy all month. It is so nice to see the thermometer sitting at 80 degrees for a change. Lots of strawberries, cherries, and asparagus being sold by our local farmers. I've been going to a farm nearby and buying freshly picked strawberried for the past 10 days, or so. They are so GOOD!!

We are in Winter here and the weather is perfect. It is my absolutely favourite time of year. I can actually garden without the horrible humidity and to sleep under a blanket at night without the aircon is heaven.

SharLamb, I laughed about your memory card as I have done this so so many times. Good to look on the positive and you can always cycle back and take photos of those places you checked out today.

And lmjrocko if you want some gardening just hop on a plane. I am just about to pull up the last of the Summer beans and eggplant and plant some snow peas and ????

Default Spring

It's spring up here in Alberta. We have a beautiful day ahead of us - 25 degrees Celsius. I have a lot of gardening to do and I literally got up with the birds - a woodpecker just went to town on our eavestrough! What a racket!
(Debb sorry about your crash course in site hosting - sounds like a nightmare and I'm glad it is resolved.)

Our weather here in Oklahoma has been stormy. Lots of bad wind storms and tornados. Rainy almost every day. My tomatoes are looking good though. Haven't scrapped much but will get back into it soon. Lots of other things taking up my time. . Glad to hear you are getting the website issues solved. Computers and the internet are great tools when they work correctly but such a headache when they don't.

The weather here has been really nice - May and September are my favorite months here in FNW Florida. Despite the oil spill in the Gulf, we have been able to enjoy some boat time and the kids have actually joined us too! I have taken alot of pics and now am going to do a few altered books or paperbag albums for the girls to have keepsakes.
