LOL I think you should be where you are most comfortable, as long as your doctor says you are okay. I gained 5lbs! So I did an hour's worth of power yoga this morning that I KNOW I will feel tomorrow. lol Its okay. The average person gains 5lbs during Christmas. I will be okay. I just have to learn to say NO!

Default Just thought

I would pop in to see how everyone was doing and to wish you all a Merry Christmas.

Me - well still holding at around 118lbs so the total loss this year is 22 lbs. Still have about 8 lbs to go but will be adding in a cardio workout a couple times a week in January so that should take care of the 11lbs.

As far as eating all the huge amount of goodies I have made this year - I am just gently grazing and managing to only eat one or two small things at a time. Big meal for tonight and I know that I probably won't eat too much of that either.

Thank you for all your moral support during this year.

I'm waiting until Monday to get back on track - right now I'm at 39 pounds for the year. I was at 44 but gained 5 back on vacation.

Where's that GPS when you need it...LOL! I totally understand...the holidays will do it to you. Also I think you gain more in the winter...what with not going out and doing stuff you would normally be able to do in the warmer months. I'm glad I joined a gym cause it's been cold here in Tampa this week. That's the only time I go out...LOL!

Default I'm with you

on the cold thing. I am in south florida and to me it is freezing - we had a hard frost last night! Anyway I too am going to the gym 3 times a week and still maintaining my 23lb loss. I am looking to lose another 10 or so and my water aerobics teacher said I should do at least one cardio workout a week as well so I have to find or make the time to do that.

Will let you all have progress report soon.

Good luck to all of you fo 2010
