I am afraid to step on the scale. We had birthdays all weekend and I totally cheated! I had cake AND hot dogs. OH gosh.....

Ok, I got on the scale. I am up half pound. I suppose that isnt bad since I ate copious amounts of cake and grossness this weekend. However, I am upset with myself because I know better!! Ok, I only had two slices but I am not suppose to eat it for health reasons. The whole white flour thing... I had one slice because I put a lot of hard work into the cake and wanted to try it. I ate another slice because Nan and Sean put me on a guilt trip about how this might be the last birthday Nan gets to share with Sean.
So on top of that, with all the running around for the parties and whatnot, I just did badly. A new day, a new week, a new beginning. Right?

Ummm - 2 half-bottles of wine, 2 brunches, Mexican Food, a margarita and mojito - oh and Ben and Jerry's at the airport last night... can you say 2.2 pounds worth? So Amy - we get back on the wagon this week and get back on track.

Mother's day brunch, one can of coke, some candy... result on the scale at the gym ...
back up .... to ..... 132lbs. I am so disappointed that I walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes today and burned off 220 calories. Tomorrow I can't go to the gym because we have to go to a dinner for my just graduated youngest stepdaughter and I can't go on Wednesday either because we only have one car which Mr. Wonderful needs on Wednesday evening. Thursday will be water aerobics, Friday will be treadmill, Saturday another water aerobics, Sunday I am starting a yoga class. Hopefully on Monday next week I will have lost that extra 1.5 lbs

That sounds like a great plan Annette! Just remember not to overexert yourself! You need a routine you can keep.
