Help!!
My access has been denied to my own photos and profile. Can anyone tell me why? I did let my subscription slide, but I did not know that would exclude me from my own photos and profile page. I have every intention of renewing, but having this issues gives me second thoughts.

Hi Kathy, I have received your emails and I'm not ignoring you. It is just that I am on vacation this week with my family and away from my office computer. I am looking into the situation and working on a solution.
