Hi from Aust

Thought I better take a moment to introduce myself. I'm Patricia and live north of Sydney. I joined the week before last after following a scrap related link and noticed the mention of The Artisan Notebook. I got interested, did my Googling research and found the site here. Was very impressed.
I started computing and Digiscrapping in 2005 after my husband passed. Having also lost my youngest son a few years earlier I needed something to take my head into another place. I won a 6 weeks course that year and loved it, and became totally addicted. Did a couple more including one with Stacey on Journaling.
In 2007 desiring to build a website, I went onto web design and coding which led me into teaching myself VBScript to code animated designs and stationery, combining my love of digi graphics, code and scrapbooking [when applicable]. This year I'd like to get back into doing my LO's again if possible. I did work on an album for my niece last year but as yet have not uploaded it to my website. Before I do I want to go in and update my site code plus I need to build an interface for my animated designs site. I started out on PSP but along the way taught myself Photoshop and now use both programs in my work.
Looking forward as I get the time to get to know everyone and to be inspired to get back to Digiscrapping....Patricia

Hi Pat welcome to the Guild! I'm in Brisbane but would love to be able to move back south. I studied programming but ended up in ICT Project Management.

You will love the Artisan Notebook, it has so much artwork that you are sure to be inspired to get back into scrapping.
