Many of you know that I have been trying to lose weight and so far so good - I have lost a total of 20 lbs. I started doing water aerobics in April/May and absolutely love it.
Today - I have no idea how - I managed to break a toe!!! It is the second toe on my right foot. Right now I feel like I am a walking war zone because the swelling absolutely has to go down before Monday when I will be on business travel and required to wear real shoes! Right now I have it taped to the next toe and am trying to keep it elevated but that is a losing battle.

Ouch! Sorry to hear about your toe! Hope it gets better FAST! On the other hand, congratulations on losing all the weight! Now that is awesome! Definitely the water aerobics is working...my friends does that too and she loves it!
