Hotlinks for AN New Submission form?

I need some help adding the hotlinks to the New AN submission form. I am on a Mac with the new Lion running system. I can add the links but when I save, close and reopen they are gone. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this or fix the problem?

Thanks Deb, but Stacey knows that it is a problem and because she isn't a mac user has no idea, but suggested I post in the Forums for help.
