If you have just purchased a monthly Guild Club Package first, let me say, "WELCOME!" We are thrilled that you found us and have decided to join this special community.

Where do I find the link for this month's kit?
The link for the Guild kit is located in the members owner forum under the category, "Get Your Guild Kit Here"

Where do I find the link for this month's issue of the Artisan Notebook?
The link for the Artisan Notebook is located in the members owner forum under the category, "The Artisan Notebook Download Links"

I paid by E-check why can't I access the forums?
Unfortunately there is a few days delay in being able to access the forum when you use an e-check to purchase a membership. As soon as the check clears you will be granted access. This usually takes 2-3 days.

Is the Gallery an 'open' gallery?
Yes this is an open gallery. We ask that you not use the gallery as a "drop and run" advertising opportunity and that you would take time to visit and comment on other layouts.

Is it possible to make my subscription as a recurring payment so that automotically comes out of my credit card when it is due?

Hi Kathy. Unfortunately we do not have recurring payments available at this time. You will get a notice a few days before the expiration date. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi, I just joined and purchased a membership. How long will the kits and magazine be available to download? Do the links disappear on the 1st?

Welcome to the Guild!! We do post the new Guild kit and magazine on the first of each month. You can find the links for the August kit and magazine located in the members' only forum. The guild kit links are located here. The magazine link is located here. If you run into any problems please don't hesitate to send me a PM.
