new avatar not showing

Okay I'm getting a little frustated here....I uploaded a new avatar and it's not showing my new one...I checked sizes and they look okay....what else can I check?

does it have a time delay????

LOL to gorgeous, this was a glamour shot I did about 6 years ago....they can make anyone look gorgeous....since then all down hill....;>(
