Why I love this site

I know I've said it before in other posts, but I just wanted to say it once more.....I LOVE THIS SITE....

Why:

1. Because of the support and encouragement...
2. The feeling of family
3. Wonderful designers
4. Challenges
5. The gentle pushing for growth
6. The "Artistic" feeling that no other site around has

I feel I have grown so much since January, I give created to all the people here. The encouragement, making me see things in a different way, experimenting with new tools.....

Please don't ever change your way of encouraging and teaching, it is what makes this site unique...

You are the ones that makes this place special...you are ever and always our source of inspiration and encouragement. Each month the designers and teachers think, "how can we make it special for our members....our friends?" We come out with ideas and then you all just blow us away in the directions that you take things.....YES I DO think we need a group hug!! :p ;) :D :D

Fran - you stated my sentiments exactly! I have stated several times recently that I feel I have grown as a scrapper just in the short time I have been a member of the Guild! And the gallery is just amazing - there are so many talented scrappers out there. But what makes this site amazing to me is the comraderie and support we get from one another.

I have said several times over the past several days to various people that I feel so lucky to be here as a part of this community!!! It's just amazing to me the talent here!! Designers, my fellow CT members, the instructors, and the members!!! Everyone is just so wonderful, encouraging, and yes, like a family!!!

You know what? How great is this thread? I am just now seeing it, but I'm thinking EVERYONE here is why this site is so awesome!!!

Little rambling here from me for a second...I was talking to one of the other designers the other day, and I had mentioned I had a few ideas for product, but not for me to make. I get these ideas you see, and I think..."oh Christie would do this so great" or "Christine Haskell would ROCK this idea" and so on and so forth...the other designer said "I DO THAT TOO" and we had a good laugh. Well, not only because of designing, but I think "I can't wait to see how xxx uses this template" or "That kit is soooooo xxxxx's style" because you all really feel so much like family I feel I know you!! I am amazed at our gallery, I LOVE IT. I love each of your galleries!! I don't know, I'm probably sounding stupid, but it all just means this, I feel so comfortable here, like we all fit so well, and we all help each other out, and I mean designers and members alike!!!! Sometimes I see layouts and think WOW they rocked that kit and it will help that kit sell!!! Then I step back and say "oh wait, she's not on our CT!!" and then I think "well heck she will be some day!!!"

HEHE! The talent here is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAB!!!
