View Full Version : Shutterfly Story Book?
Hey, chicas! Have any of you used Shutterfly's Story Book? It's an 8x8 hardbound book they print for you. I have a coupon for a free one (yay!) and was willing to try it out. For those of you who have used it, do you have any tips/tricks for success?

I haven't tried it yet, but I've herd mostly good things. And where did you get that coupon. I want one...
DST has several threads on it, do a serch on sutterfly there
Thank you!
I have no clue how I got it - it arrived in my email. I looked to see if there was a code I could share, but there isn't one. :(
Register with Shutterfly, if you haven't already. I know my Mom got one recently, so they are sending them out at random it would appear.

Digital Scrapbooking Magazine just did a whole thing on which ones to use. The mag article said to check the web site for more in depth info. So you might check there. :)

I'm probably going to do Audrey's Spring Break Album there as soon as I get the last couple of pages done. The Shutterfly website says 20% off their hardbound books through this Sunday for those of us who don't have Rachel's coupon
Ahhh, I now know why I have that coupon. Apparently there was a special running on Amazon when I bought my new camera lens that made me eligible for their "photo partner's" story book album.

UGH i got an email today subject was "get a free shutterfly photo book"
ugh catch is you have to buy Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI at a discounted price lol! so maybe they are picking and choosing who gets it free and who has to make a purchase as well! i used to get all my photos printed their but their shipping charges were outragious! i found a much cheaper site, just haven't used them yet!
Yeah, my catch was I had to buy a lens!

Paula - I had to really dig for it - it was Angie Svoboda's column. Let me see if I can find it and I will post the link.
ETA: Here's the link for Angie's article and the link to her comparison chart is at the bottom of the article:

I made one for my mom for mother's day because I had a free coupon. it turned out really well. The only thing I had trouble with was the cover because of the way it wraps around the binding. I was able to edit it with their software to mostly fix the problem. Everything dragged and dropped in pretty well for the pages themselves.
