Geeked about a Harry Potter Summer!

I've been a huge HP fan for 5 years now and I am just so incredibly GEEEEEKKKKED about this coming summer!

The news today is that the US release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix movie has been moved up by two days to July 11!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!! That's the day before my birthday!

Then two weeks later, we get Book 7!

I told my boss I'll need the entire month of July off because I'm going to be all about HP for weeks! :) :) :)

I fell off the wagon during book 5 - maybe I need to go back and read them; but I don't have 1-3 anymore.

Oooh, I am right there with you! I am a HP freak! I cannot believe it's almost here!!!

We have all 6 books on audio book. When we take a road trip, that's what we listen to instead of the radio or music. No one can agree on a genre of music in my family!! We just drove to Bismarck and back for the holiday weekend and re-listened to Book 5.

We've already decided that when Book 7 comes out, we'll have to plan a LONG road trip, like to South Dakota or something, so we have enough road to listen to the whole thing together!!! LOL

Hopping up and down over here!!! , we will have to wait a little longer for the movie to open here, but the book is released at the same time. I have a copy already on back order!! Yahhhhhhh
I Have just finished ( last night ) Half blood prince again, just to refresh before the next chapter!! and I dont have kids to share it with! which would be a real hoot , although my nephews are really into it so I usually call them and goss about harry!

Dumbledore cant be dead!! I say its all a ruse, long live Dumbledore !!

I can't wait either! We listen to them on audiobooks in the car also- something we all agree on! Jim Dale (the reader) is awesome. I need to reread the last one again before July- Last time my kids were fighting with me over the one copy of the book, so this time we are getting two- I get my very own copy and they can fight over the other copy! :) (Of course they are welcome to buy their own if they want!) :D :D

I haven't confirmed, but I heard that Jim Dale is in the Guiness Book of World Records for most voices in a single audio book! I think it was book 5 that had the most characters, but like I said, I'd have to go back and check to be sure :) He really is fantastic, and it's SOOOO awesome that he's been able to do all 7 books! Lucky guy! He's already reading Book 7!!!!!
