Help with Product download

I have sent several emails to the "contact us" in the shoppe but no one has ever gotten back to me. I was unable to download one on the products (Pages in a Pinch #10). I only get a text file. :( Hoping someone will see this and help me out. Thanks!

I had a bit of a boo boo too...no biggie ...but I was unable to download one of the items I purchased tonight...the "Artsy Music 1 Doodle Pack" it tells me "The amount of time to download your ESD file has expired". It let me download everything else but that one pack...Any sugguestions???
Also, I uploaded my very first LO here tonight and I can't find it as of this posting...any ideas on that???
