Hi, being a new member I wanted to take up this offer but there are no subscription menus at all on my profile page. I just sent off a post through the Contact area. I've tried IE and Firefox but makes no difference. I cannot find any way to subscribe....Pat

Hi Pat, first let me apologize. I became aware that we have a glitch in our contact forum yesterday so none of those emails are coming through. I've sent of a work ticket to my IT person but she won't be in until Monday. If you click on the User CP in the upper left corner of this forum page it should take you to the control panel. On the left hand side there is menu. At the very bottom of the menu you will see a box that says "Miscellaneous" In that box should be three menu items: "Event Reminders" "Paid Subscriptions" and "Reminders" Click on "Paid Subscriptions" to purchase the membership.

I use Firefox and I am seeing those options on my set up. Let me know if this works for you. If it doesn't I'll have my IT person look into it first thing tomorrow morning. I will extend the special for you if you are not able to purchase today. We will get this fixed for you, don't worry.

Hi Debb, Sorry for delay in reply. For some weird reason, although I subscribed, I did not get notification of your post. I did re Cath's post, the one before yours but for none after that. Was thinking it was a lost cause, but remembered tonight when I saw my saved web link and came to have a look. Okay just checked and I have found it. So can you fix so I can subscribe with the special. That would be great and much appreciated. What will I do?....Pat
