Our scrapbook layouts capture a moment of time. With this classically beautiful kit those moments can be captured as if they were, "Time in a Bottle." The soft grey and neutral-colored backgrounds set off the coordinating aqua and lilac-pink elements and are sure to be a flattering frame for all of your most precious photos and memories. The kit includes 10 backgrounds, more than 60 coordinating elements, an alpha set and three Ready Made (tm) layouts. Here is a closer look at the kit:

Our reasons for scrapping vary, but a side benefit to creating scrapbooks is that we see the progression of time, of people and places through the years. Our focus this month is “Time Goes By,” and I hope you enjoy seeing the meaningful layouts our regular contributors and guest layout artists have contributed. Our Design Chefs have cooked up another winning "dish" using our Recipe for Design; focusing on the idea of age progression, and our talented creative team inspires us to journal about not counting time but memories in "Just Write." Blue is our focal color in this month's Pigment of Your Imagination, and you'll love the beautiful sketch by ChrissyW along with the inspiration layouts submitted by guest layout artists. A review of various organization software options is the topic of this month's Organize U. Editor Debb Cozzi shares some inspiring ways you can use this month's Guild kit and as always, we have our Hot Trend, Hybrid Corner, Scraplift Tag, Portraits Plus, Inspiration Station, Photography Clinic, Photo Editing with Julie Mead and Happy Ending. This month we feature two fantastic designers: Carolyn Rose Kite and Windsong Designs.

The January issue marks the beginning of a new column by a dear friend of the Guild, Mary Jameson, who weaves her story-telling abilities with her amazing layout skills.

Free gifts this month include a beautiful element set by Dee Bee Designs and some lovely cutwork tags by SallieK and a FREE mini kit by Windsong Designs. Here is a peek at one of the free gifts:
