It is that time of year - chching , chching - prom! LOL My Ds dates girls not from his school but around the area and has all his friends that are girls wanting him to take them to the prom. Well, a tux rental last year was 140 dollars- - they forgot to give socks, and the pocket thingy too. We have to rent one twice - one for her school and one for his prom. SSOOOO that is soo expensive! I got to thinking how much would it be to buy one. SO at www. allaboutuniform.com - I bought him one - complete package- 100% wool, shirt, adjustable pants, tie, ciummerbund, cuff links for 125 dollars. I added shoes, and a vest and with express shipping of 28 dollars it came to 185.oo!!!!!!!!!! WOO HOO. It is gorgeous also! Ordered it Sat morning at 11 and got it by 1000 am on Monday! He will be able to wear it next year , for senior pics, graduation, etc! Just thought I would let you guys know- I hate throwing money away on rentals- can eventually sell it too. Now if I just did not have to pay for the dinners, after prom party, flowers, etc.! :p

Yeah, my brother was a member of the exclusive choir at our school, so he had to have a tux for that...it has served him through proms, my wedding...maybe even his own wedding. *lol* My grandpa owns a tux as well, and it gets well used. Great buy, that's for sure!
