This month at the Artisan Notebook we showcase hybrid project tutorials for the first time and begin a new feature, the Hybrid Corner. There are 13 hybrid projects in this issue, four advanced, five intermediate and four beginner. In addition, we feature several FREE GIFTS this month: a postcard tutorial and coordinating gift from Julie Mead, a Ready Made (tm) Card Set by Amy Eileen Head, A Ready Made (tm) CD Album by Dee Bee Designs and Sarah Meyer provides a free gift for the tutorial by Stacy Carlson.

Theresa Hernandez is our spotlight designer and unveils her amazing Pop-Up Book template and we show two versions of it, one all digital and one hybrid. Three creative team members from The Hybrid Chick are featured.

Our new feature this month is Just Write and four layout artists show us their version of Growing Up, Up and Away. Their beautiful title work and journaling will inspire you to Just Write.

Our Learn by Lifting article features paper greeting cards that have been scraplifted digitally with design tips and techniques.

As usual, we have our Hot Trend, Photo Clinic, Lifelines, Project 365, Stretch a Sketch with ChrissyW, Mixed Media Motivation (the inspiration this month is from the television show “Samantha Who”) and Happy Ending.

It’s our largest issue ever with 73 pages!

Here is a sneak peek at just two of the four FREE GIFTS:
