How is everyone doing this week? Hmmmm? All good? All exercising and eating lots of colors? I actually had a pretty bad week. I ate enough chocolate to feed a small village. However! I was pretty good with my exercise. I ran three times this week and did lots of walking. So I lost those pounds I gained and am back at a 21lb loss.

I stayed the same, so I dropped my daily points by 1 to see if that helps.

Are you eating enough... :) We all have our plateaus as well. Sometimes our bodies just say, enough is enough, change things up a bit and see what happens!
I am down another pound. I couldnt resist jumping on the scale today after my 2km run. Yeah, thats right, 2km. Oh yeah baby! lol
I'm at 130, so down 2 lbs from 3 weeks ago. I'm starting to plateau too, guess that means I better start exercising instead of just relying on breastfeeding to drop my pounds for me. I haven't exercised since that one attempt a couple weeks ago. Although I did work up a sweat vacuuming earlier, does that count? ;)
Oh BTW, how tall are you Annette? I'm only asking since it looks like we're at similar weights with similar goals. I'd love it if I could go back to 110, bu will be happy at 115. Oh and I'm 5' tall (or small, I should say.) :)

5 ft wringing wet on a good day!
Yes I am eating enough - about 1200 calories a day and gallons of water and regular excercise. Used to be 100 lbs and really loved being that weight. then menopause struck :(
I am keeping on though.

Um no, I don't think you are eating enough if you are exercising as much as you say. That doesn't sound right at all. Try bumping it up 100-150 calories and see if that helps.
I know it's counter-intuitive, but I will say it again. A body needs fuel to function and if it thinks it's not getting it, it will hoard what it has. If you take into account what your body needs just to maintain basic metabolic function as your base case, then add in your exercise - shoot for a 500 calorie deficit from that total.
I like the web site www.fitday.com because it will show you how much you need a day just to breathe (and other bodily functions) and go through normal daily activities based on your current weight and lifestyle - I bet it's more than you think. And if you don't meet those needs, your metabolism will slow.

What an excellent web site. I have registered and put in some stats and hopefully will make some progress.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know i haven't fallen off the face of the earth...really I haven't!!
I have not been doing well with my eating or my exercising...but I have decided to get back on the wagon and move forward again :)
I started exercising again on Tues and today I started food journaling again. I also made the decision to stop growing my hair out (it was getting almost long enough for a pony tail) and I got it cut super short today. Now, I have always had short hair, so I am much happier with it this way :D
I will check in next week with an update on my weight and all!!

Hey Stacey! Its good to here from you! Glad you are back on track. My sister-in-law just got her hair cut really short and I ALMOST wanted to get mine cut short again! :)
I have mine cut short, but I'm trying to decide whether I should cut it even shorter, or grow it out. LOL.
