we are potty trained! wooooooo hooooooo! Ta-Da!
it has been 2 weeks now - i havent wanted to say anything and jinx myself! -and only 1 accident )and that was 3 days into it!)
he had been about 75% there, but still wanted to wear pull ups when we went out and about. but i told him that he had to wear big boy underwear to preschool (which starts in august) and if he couldnt do that, then he couldnt go to preschool...and boy he wants to go just like his cousin!

Yippee!! I bet he is very, very proud of himself.
Boys are harder to train, I'm telling you, I thougt my boys were going to wear daiaper forever!! of course they didn't, but it took forever. Then, my youngest one, who is a girl, already successed a few times. And she hasn't turned to 2 yet. What a difference.

wooohoo! Glad it went so quickly!!! Tasha refused to potty train and it wasn't until a few weeks before Kindergarten that she realized that the other kids would see her have an accident...and somehow that did it.... Potty training was a rough ride with her! My son ( he would be so mad if he knew I was talking about him like this hehe) He was trained at about 1 1/2 it was so easy!!! We put cheerios in the potty and told him that he had to hit them all!!! He loved it!!!

Yeah! I thought my days of that were over- LOL - sigh- I remember @15 years ago trying with my eldest and he was doing great- you just had to take him right away when he needed to go. My best memory is when we were flying to va and the stewardess told me that I could not take him to the bathroom as they were serving and I had to wait. I looked her square in the eye and told her it was up to her- did she want to clean up the mess in the cabin  or did she want to move out of the way? She moved !:p
