I am so frustrated this morning. I was expecting good numbers today. I exercised all week and ate really well. I only had one meal that I thought was 'bad' for me. I thought the scale would love me but alas it did not. I am down .5lb this week which is better then nothing, better then a gain, but I still hoped for more.
How are you ladies doing?

I'm down 1.2 lbs. I'll take 1 lb a week if I can keep it going. I'm still not exercising like I should. Hang in there and thanks for spearing us on.

I will add it to the blog!! Start slow with some simple exercise Sandy, like a 10 minute walk or some stretching. :) Every bit helps.

Down 2 lbs this week. I'm a little disappointed too because earlier in the week I was down 3 and then gain a lb back. But I'm not going to fret. I did come back down a little today so that's good. I'll calculate that into next weeks loss though. ;) Total lost for the year, 5.7, but we can just say 6 lbs! :D

Well, I was really good the first couple of days, not so much the last few days - but we are walking lots!!! I will get back on the scale Sunday morning to see how bad the damage is, and officially WI on Monday.

I am still stuck at 132 lbs!!! I have decided to do a water aerobics class a couple of times a week to add to my work out routine.
This will start next Tuesday and hopefully I will drop a few more lbs.
I feel good though.
I'm at 136 this week, down 5 lbs from last week! Breastfeeding sure is good exercise. :D In another week, I'll be cleared to start exercising according to my doctor. 21 more pounds to go! :)

Good for YOU! :D I honestly believe that breastfeeding is the best thing you can do for both yourself and your baby.
