Hello all ~ have to laugh because on my example of water color filter, when I said no clue, I really meant it. I believe it turned out so well, because I began with a good picture. It came from a Somerset Studio contact sheet on Venice. I scanned it, lightened the original a bit, and then applied the water color filter. I was looking for something to print onto a deep orange color bazzill card stock and this was perfect.
