Lets get to know eachother better!!
I'm always curious on why others chose to start digital scrapbooking. What sparked your interest and how did you learn about it!??!!
My dear friend Rachel (rlma) was showing me her pages one day and helped me get started! I never even heard of digital scrapping before, and truely love how much I can do with my photos now!

You know, I can't really remember what it was that made me want to do digital scrapbooking. I never paper scrapped because I am too much of a perfectionist and like to tweak things a lot before deciding on something for sure. I just didn't feel like I could do that with paper scrapping. I think I must have heard of digital scrapbooking from somewhere but I can't remember where. So, one day I just thought I'd google it and found a site that taught the basics and I was hooked from then on. I was lucky that dh already had photoshop so I was set!

I was a bit of a paper scrapper but never heard of digital. We had Photoshop but I never took the time to learn it. One day I thought I would and searched for tutorials. I happened across a scrapbooking site and was HOOKED! That was a year ago and I am still loving it. :D

I was a paper scrapper ( a newbie and not too good at it)hehe. I also lived in quite a remote place in New Mexico and didn't really have anywhere to buy supplies, so as everything else, I had to buy online. During a search for supplies, I ran accross a site for digital and was hooked. I already had some experience with Photoshop (5 back then) and knew some PSP. And there it is.....

Hi all ! I was a paper scrapper / artist and had my own room upstairs for it. I loved to go up there and create. But then I found out I was having my little surprise at 44 :p and needed that 4th bedroom. So - i moved my things out and tried to set up a table in the living room which did not work out. Then I was sitting on the computer while I was nursing Ben and discovered I could create the same art digitally. I was ecstatic! I started with PSP and then bought PS. I love it!!!!!! Was a natural progression and I could do 2 things at once.LOL:D

I started so I could build a Mommy book for my niece. Before she died, my sister made a list of things she wanted Audrey to know about her. So I took that list as much as I could remember (I don't know where I put the copy of the file I made) and added to it as I came across photos.
When I found digital scrapbooking in a magazine (I think it was the first Digital Scrapbooking magazine supplement to Creating Keepsakes), I was hooked.
