Okay, this is for PSE users - and sit down, or you will fall down once learning this.
You know how all along, nobody thought PSE would fully justify text?
WRONG!
There is no key/button for it, but a work around is there!
Make sure to have you text button selected and your cursor inside your text.
Hit cont shift J
Now your text is fully justified.
I haven't tried this, so report back and let us know how it goes.
This tip comes from Jessica Sprague.

It only works in PSE 4 and 5, so if you are using an older version don't think you are doing something wrong! :)

One thing to make sure you do is to create a text box before typing in your text!

AWESOME! I will not need to pull text into DIP to fully justify now! I did try this and it does work, just like that! Now they went to all the trouble to make that possible, why not tell us about it?

For PSCS2 (may work in PSE?) you can simply drag and drop different files like actions, styles, color swatches, etc on to the workspace and VOILA, PSCS will automatically put them in the presets where they need to go!!!
Can you believe that?
