HLEP! why won't my actions play?

I'm using PSCS2 and had to reload everything onto a new hard drive.
I've tried re-installing my actions both by clicking the arrow in the action palette to select "load" and also by just dragging the file into PS.

No matter which way I try it, for some reason the loaded action will appear as a 2 line entry in the action palette. I think I remember actions just having one line?

And when I click on any of them nothing happens. Even the little arrow at the bottom that's for "play" is greyed out.

Any ideas or suggestions??

I know on some actions they have like a little title and if you click on the arrow to the left it will open up the folder, then you click on the next line down and play becomes available.

Amy thank you!! I think I REALLY need some coffee this morning!!
The little arrow on the left fixed everything.
Funny how I never had that problem before this reload...but at least they're working again (at least the one I tried worked) :)
