AC broke down

And in my office no less. The nerve!!

To understand how bad that is.. it is midnight and it is about 95 degrees F in the day when the sun is out, easily it gets to be about 115 degrees F. Now add in absolutley NO circulation in this room and I'm cooking!!

We had heat like that this week and I was being boiled alive in my office. I'm sorry you are so miserable without AC! I miss AC!! :)

OMG Ann!!! A/C's always pick the worst time to break down, too!!! I feel your pain - been there, done that - do not want to do it again!

Oh we had that when we first moved into this house. The AC kept on breaking down and in phoenix you have over 110 (and at times as high as 116-118F) for 5 months of the year. It was MISERABLE. We haven't had any problems yet this year though other than the obligatory short brown outs during the excessive heat advisory days ....

I sure hope you get it fixed soon!!!!! Last year we ran a generator to get ours on when our power was out. I thank GOd for the AC!

Birgit we have the same heat, Saudi is absolutely miserable. And add in HUMIDITY. I swear I sweat in places I never know could!!

The AC is fixed, I was out when they did the work. Now of course they left behind a mess and broke my bookstrand that helpd my Epson printer the large format one. Thank God that did not fall over or I would have been out for blood. Now I'm surrounded by books, I have no printer hooked up and laundry is taking over my space. But I do have AC :D
