I can't get into the Industry Happenings thread because I'm still on "no-subscriptions" deal with hubby while we adjust to his new job! I will definitely be one soon though, because it is going GREAT! We are just saving and paying things off with all extras and then I will be back as a "real" member! LOL!
Ok, back to the *tooting*!!!!!
I have always wanted to be a word art designer. By always, I mean since about a year ago when I discovered this form of digital art! LOL! Sooo, I had the chance to create my first ever kit - as part of the Friends and Family Benefit at Oscraps!!! Here is a link to the kit - all proceeds go to Carla Gibson's family! Plus, it is my first word art kit!!!! I have to give a HUGE shout out to Nancy Kubo (the designer who had me coordinate the word art to match her Friends and Family Kit - and the reason I was able to sell the kit there) and Darcy Baldwin for letting me use her fonts without paying the commercial use fee since it was for Carla's family!
Also - thanks to Kara (MommySpice) for all of her help getting them just right and for pushing me to give this a try. :) :)
