WHEW!
What a day. I left the house at 10:45 and just got home, been away almost 12 hours!
First, I went to this baby botique w/ my mom. Then I took Selah to MIL's house, and then i rushed to the make up place to get some foundation, and to meet my mom and sister. When mom got there, I ran to pick up lunch and brought it to mom and sis as sis was getting her makeup done. Then ran back to mom's b/c sister left the chi.....then to the recital...until 3:30.
Then I ran to MIL to get SElah, and back to mom's to grab something quick, dress and bathe selah...and back to teh recital until it was over at 9:30.
It was really good and I took lots of pics. In the 2nd recital, i spent a lot of time in the pit to get better pictures....and then my anxiety got the best of me and I started freaking that the mic's were picking up my coversations w/ my friend who is one of the insturctors. But, dh and mom assured me that nothing picked up our conversation, b/c they were higher, and pointed up twards teh stage...and nothing was heard over the speakers...i just worry about it being on the DVD...but they say that it won't so I hope not....
Sometimes I speak w/o thinking......
ANYWAY Selah was really tired and didn't cooperate well for dh during the recital. But she fell asleep about 1/2 way through. My sister did really well, and the secret lyrical that she dedicated to my mom remained a secret until she graced the stage. So it was nice...and we got to see all her stuff twice. I'm just really tired now. And have probably close to like 100 photos in RAW to edit and convert.....
