It’s back to school time in the western hemisphere and to celebrate our theme this month is LEARN A NEW TECHNIQUE.  Every team member this month was asked to take a photograph or create a layout using a technique they’ve never used before and then to share it with our readers.  Enjoy reading about how our creative team members completed their challenges, reading their instructions on how to achieve the same results.  Guild founder Debb Cozzi shares about shooting with a wide-angle lens for the first time, and editor Stacey Jewell Stahl shares her experience bracketing for White Balance for the first time.

Here a few of the techniques in this issue:  creating your own mask, using a layer mask, blending, creating a sunset gradient, creating an out of bounds photo, turning a photo into a sketch and many more!

Our designer spotlight is on Wild Blueberry Ink!  Enjoy a coupon to her store and her beautiful kit, Explore, and enjoy the view of her amazing creative team’s gallery.

Regular contributors include Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs (along with a beautiful template from her), Studio Tangie, Grow with Love, LifeLines and Life Book with Victorian Rose Designs.
